<p><strong>2.</strong> Placer le beurre dans un saladier et battre à faible vitesse.</p>
<p><strong>3.</strong> Ajouter les sucres et battre jusqu’à ce que le mélange soit lisse.</p>
<p><strong>4.</strong> Ajouter les oeufs et battre jusqu’à incorporation.</p>
<p><strong>5.</strong> Arrêter le mixeur et verser la maïzena, la farine et la levure. Battre jusqu’à incorporation totale.</p>
<p><strong>6.</strong> Verser les pépites de chocolat, les noisettes et remuer afin de bien les répartir dans la pâte.</p>
<p><strong>7.</strong> Diviser la pâte à cookies en 8 parts égales.</p>
<p><strong>8.</strong> Couvrir une plaque allant au four de papier sulfurisé et cuire 4 cookies par plaque pour 16 minutes. Les cookies sont prêts lorsque le dessus et la base sont légèrement dorés. Ils poursuivront leur cuisson sur la plaque en refroidissant encore 15 minutes avant de servir.</p>

<p><strong>2.</strong> Pendant ce temps émincez l’oignon, l’ail et les champignons et faite revenir l’ensemble dans une poêle avec un filet d’huile d’olive et le persil haché.</p>
<p><strong>3.</strong> Dans un saladier coupez la mozzarella et la tomme en cube, hachez les noix, versez le parmesan et réservez.</p>
<p><strong>4.</strong> Quand les champignons sont cuits et refroidis, ajoutez-les dans le saladier et remuez pour obtenir une farce homogène.</p>
<p><strong>5.</strong> Une fois les butternuts cuits (farce molle) grattez la chaire et ajoutez-la dans le saladier puis remplir vos coques de butternut avec la farce, saupoudrez de chapelure et parmesan et enfournez de nouveau pendant 10 minutes.</p>
<p><strong>6.</strong> Dégustez encore chaud avec une salade verte.</p>

<p><span class="s4"><strong>1.</strong> Dans un premier temps, faites chauffer l&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive dans une casserole et faites-y suer l&rsquo;oignon émincé à feu doux pendant 5 minutes.<br />
</span><span class="s4"><strong>2.</strong> Ensuite ajoutez le riz </span><span class="s4">carnaroli</span><span class="s4"> et faites-le revenir pendant 5 mn, tout en le remuant fréquemment à l&rsquo;aide de la spatule. Il devient transparent.<br />
</span><span class="s4"><strong>3.</strong> Toujours à feu doux, versez sur la préparation le vin blanc, tout en ne cessant de remuer. Laissez réduire le volume de vin.<br />
</span><span class="s4"><strong>4.</strong> Mouillez ensuite la préparation avec 3 louches de bouillon. Laissez réduire encore le bouillon en </span><span class="s4">remuant constamment.</span><span class="s4"><br />
</span><span class="s4"><strong>5.</strong> Dès que le riz absorbe le bouillon, ajoutez une louche de bouillon, et ceci pendant 15 à </span><span class="s4">20 minutes. (N&rsquo;ajoutez du bouillon qu&rsquo;à partir du moment où il n&rsquo;y a plus de bouillon dans la casserole).</span><span class="s4"><br />
</span><span class="s4"><strong>6.</strong> Le riz est cuit quand il est encore un peu </span><span class="s4">ferme sous la dent.</span><span class="s4"><br />
</span><span class="s4"><strong>7.</strong> Retirez la casserole du feu.</span><span class="s4"><br />
</span><span class="s4"><strong>8.</strong> Puis ajoutez le beurre découpé en petits</span><span class="s4">cubes, le parmesan râpé et la poutargue râpée.</span><span class="s4"><br />
</span><span class="s4"><strong>9.</strong> Salez et poivrez. Mélangez bien à nouveau. Tranchez le plus finement possible quelques tranches de poutargue soit avec un économe soit avec un couteau.</span><span class="s4"><br />
</span><span class="s4"><strong>10</strong>. Disposez les tranches sur le plat ou les </span><span class="s4">assiettes. <strong>Servez bien chaud !<br />
